Customer Service Team Member

California’s largest dental network management company, and California’s first Knox-Keene licensed discount dental plan, seeks a self-motivated, disciplined, individual to join its Customer Service Team. We have a full time opportunity for an individual with EXCELLENT verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a call center team environment. The ideal candidate must:

1. Type 15-20 wpm and be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
2. Have bilingual English & Spanish communication skills
3. Have excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills with the ability to multi task
4. Have 2+ years in the dental industry
5. Be detail oriented with the ability to problem solve
6. Must enjoy helping people, have a tactful manner with good memory and listening skills
