Network Coordinator
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Network Specialist in the implementation of recruitment objectives to ensure the growth and success of the Network Development Department
- Assist and coordinate with the Network Specialist a recruitment plan and help with monitoring, generating and updating department reports
- High volume phone calling to Dentist for the recruitment to the networks. You must exhibit a pleasant, upbeat, and professional attitude with Dentist and other healthcare office personnel
- Meets the minimum required outbound calls per day and per week, as specified by the Networks Specialist or other management
- Proactively plan, and manage daily, weekly and/or monthly calling list
- Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure added value service
- Utilize provider contact management database
- Work with other department managers and teams to increase provider network growth
- Become familiar and knowledgeable of provider contracts and policy and procedures
- Work with Network Development team to send out letters and recruitment packets
- Supports departments by assisting on special projects as directed
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Educational Qualifications and Required Skills
- An undergraduate degree or at least 1 year of applicable experience
- Previous experience supporting high volume recruiting, outbound sales calls and/or customer service
- Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills with a focus on reaching decision makers
- Strong customer focus skills, integrity and attention to detail
- Experience in the Dental Industry or Healthcare preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent computer knowledge with a solid knowledge of Word and Excel
- Proficient organization and time management skills
- Excellent team working ability and skill sets for relationship building
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects without becoming overwhelmed
- Reliable and Dependable
Experience
At least 1-2 years of recruiting, outbound sales calls and/or customer service, with excellent phone skills. Bilingual preferred.
